Mahene Diamonds is a specialist diamond operating company with in-house technical and commercial capability. We participate in projects from inception through to marketing and distribution — across the full mining value curve.
We do not see ourselves as a passive partner. We take a hands-on approach to managing and operating assets, and we hold a long-term view — with no fixed investment horizon at the inception of any engagement.

What We Do

We identify and activate orphaned kimberlites, care-and-maintenance assets, satellite pipes, and historic tailings deposits. Proven geology. Dormant under previous ownership. Viable under our operating model.

From re-evaluation of historical geological data to deployment of modern recovery technology — XRT sorting, modular plants, phased pipe development — we apply the right tools to each asset.

We lead commercial sales and rough diamond placement for the assets we operate. Parcel optimisation, market access, and value-maximising placement — particularly for unconventional and specialised diamond streams.
